Will Kelly brings more than 30 years of experience growing service-based businesses, including over 20 years in real estate leadership and production. He has helped scale brokerages through periods of growth and turnaround, overseeing teams of more than 125 agents and operations supporting hundreds of millions in annual sales volume. Will joins Innovate in a hybrid leadership and production role, working directly with agents while helping build the systems, culture, and accountability needed for long-term success. His focus is on creating an environment where agents are supported, challenged, and positioned to grow their businesses.
