After years working in real estate along the South Carolina coast, Will Tomb returned to East Tennessee, a place he knows well after spending more than two decades living in the Knoxville area. While Knoxville is home, he remains a licensed real estate agent in South Carolina and enjoys helping families relocate to and from the Grand Strand through his trusted referral network and local expertise. Before becoming a full-time real estate agent, Will worked in property inspections and mortgage field services. That experience gave him a trained eye for how homes are built, how they age, and the kinds of things buyers and sellers should pay attention to before a deal ever reaches the closing table. Today, Will works with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Knoxville and the surrounding communities.
