Sheri Anita Cole Smith

Sheri Cole-Smith brings a diverse background in marketing, research, and property valuation to her real estate career, offering clients a well-rounded and knowledgeable approach to buying and selling. A native of Halifax, Virginia, Sheri attended Radford University where she earned a degree in Merchandising and Marketing. After graduation, she relocated to Washington, DC and worked with University Research Association, gaining valuable experience in marketing research and administrative training. Sheri later moved to North Carolina, where she joined Pearson Appraisal Company and worked on tax reassessments and property revaluations across North Carolina and Virginia, building a strong foundation in property valuation and market analysis. Sheri took time to focus on her family, becoming a dedicated homemaker and homeschooling her son through his early education. During this time, she remained actively involved in her community through organizations such as the PTO and youth groups, demonstrating her commitment to service and leadership. Now a resident of North Myrtle Beach, Sheri combines her professional experience, attention to detail, and passion for helping others to guide clients through the real estate process with confidence. Whether buying, selling, or investing, she is dedicated to helping clients find the perfect property to fit their lifestyle and goals along the beautiful Grand Strand. In her free time, Sheri enjoys antiquing, reading, interior decorating, and walking along the beach, fully embracing the coastal lifestyle she loves to share with her clients.
