INNOVATE Real Estate
I am a Real Estate Professional and former Law Enforcement and Investigation Specialist with 34 years of experience in research, case review, and high-stakes problem solving. My career in law enforcement, from street patrol to undercover narcotics to forensic investigation, taught me the value of precision, persistence, and clear communication, all skills I now bring to real estate. Trained by the FBI and New York State Police, and educated through courses at the University of New Haven and the University of Virginia, I have built a reputation for thoroughness, integrity, and results. These same qualities now guide me as I help clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence. In 2022, my wife Athena, our fur baby Cobbler, and I relocated to Myrtle Beach to enjoy the golf, beaches, and welcoming community. During our own home search, I met an outstanding local agent whose dedication inspired me to pursue a new career in real estate. Today, I’m passionate about helping others discover their dream homes in Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas, whether they’re moving across town or relocating from across the country.
