Meet Mike Blum. Real estate is about more than buying and selling homes, it's about helping people navigate important life transitions with confidence. Before entering real estate, Mike spent more than a decade working in nonprofit leadership, education, and community development. That experience taught him the importance of listening, educating, and guiding people through major decisions, skills that have become the foundation of his real estate business. Over the past 13 years, Mike has helped buyers and sellers throughout the Philadelphia suburbs while also serving in coaching, training, and leadership roles within the real estate industry. As a Licensed Associate Broker, Real Estate Coach, and now Head of Agent Development for Innovate Real Estate, he brings a unique perspective that combines hands-on market experience with a passion for helping others succeed. Mike believes the best advice comes from staying actively involved in the business. That's why he continues to work directly with buyers and sellers every day, bringing current market knowledge, practical strategies, and strong negotiation skills to every transaction. A lifelong learner, Mike has earned multiple professional designations, including Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Residential Real Estate Divorce Specialist (RRC), and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). Outside of real estate, Mike is deeply involved in his community and charitable work. He has participated in Bike MS fundraising events for more than a decade, helping raise over $110,000 for multiple sclerosis research, and remains active in organizations supporting Type 1 Diabetes research and advocacy. Mike lives in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania with his wife Rachel and daughter Molly. Whether working with buyers, sellers, or fellow agents, his goal remains the same: to provide clear guidance, honest advice, and an exceptional experience from start to finish.
