Mandee Hammerstein
Mandee K. Hammerstein is an accomplished real estate investor turned agent, offering over a decade of creative, yet practical property expertise and process to each client. With investments in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida, Mandee has established a portfolio of long-term and short-term rentals that anchors her professional focus. Her dedication to assisting others predates her license, she has guided friends, family, and entrepreneurs in buying their first homes and investment properties, serving as a reliable advisor before formally entering the sales side of the industry. Mandee is widely known in Bucks County and the greater New Hope area for nearly 20 years of dedicated public relations work, including launching and revitalizing beloved cultural institutions such as Bucks County Playhouse, Bucks County Children's Museum, New Hope Arts Center, and the Oscar Hammerstein Museum and Theatre Education Center. She served on the boards of Bristol Riverside Theatre and the Arts & Cultural Council of Bucks County, co-hosted Creative Conversations on WDVR FM, and founded ArtsNewsNow.com, a daily arts publication for the Philadelphia–New York corridor. Mandee pursues a clear mission: she is dedicated to helping individuals, families, and business owners find spaces that feel welcoming, purposeful, and right for their next chapter, inspired by her own investments and professional experiences. She is driven by authenticity, integrity, and a heartfelt commitment to community and charitable giving. She holds a BFA in design and an MA in Business Communications from La Salle University.
I work the markets, with INNOVATE Real Estate backing every transaction. Most of my business comes from referrals and second-time buyers, which tells me I'm getting the small stuff right.
