M. Kathleen Coen

I bring a wealth of over 40 years of real estate experience as I have been licensed since 1986 in Massachusetts and 20 years in New Hampshire. I specialize in residential real estate and love working with veterans. My appreciation for their service dates beack to just after Vietnam when I met my husband Mike who was stationed at Wright Patterson AFB in Ohio. We have been married for 57 years and have 3 children and 3 grandchildren. Family is everything to me. If yu are thinking of buying or selling please know you are in the best of hands with me. You may reach me at 978-502-2586 or at kcoenrealtor@gmail.com.

I work the Murrells Inlet market, with INNOVATE Real Estate backing every transaction. Most of my business comes from referrals and second-time buyers, which tells me I'm getting the small stuff right.

If you're relocating, retiring, picking up a second home, or selling something you've owned forever, I'd rather have a 20-minute conversation than send you a generic packet. Reach out below.
