I’m Tony Spryzenski, a REALTOR® serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Coastal South Carolina. Since making Conway home in 2022, I’ve built my business around something that has always mattered to me, building genuine relationships, understanding what people need, and helping them move forward with confidence. Before entering real estate, I spent years as a professional barber and business owner, where I learned that earning someone’s trust starts with listening. Whether behind the chair or across the table discussing a home, I’ve always believed people deserve to understand their options so they can make informed decisions that are right for them. As a U.S. military veteran, I bring a strong sense of service, accountability, and commitment to the people I work with. I also understand what it’s like to relocate and establish roots in a new community, having moved my own family from Massachusetts to South Carolina. Today, I bring those experiences together in real estate.
