Kris Fuller

I am a REALTOR® and Broker-in-Charge with more than 20 years of experience helping buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the coastal Carolinas. I serve clients across Horry and Georgetown Counties in South Carolina, as well as Brunswick, New Hanover and Columbus Counties in North Carolina. My specialties include primary residences, second homes, new construction, investment properties, and relocations to the coast. I believe real estate is about much more than buying or selling a property. It is often connected to a major life change, a new beginning, or an important financial decision. My role is to make that process easier by providing honest advice, clear communication, and dependable guidance from the first conversation through closing. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family, supporting my community, traveling and appreciating everything coastal living has to offer.
