Native to the Lansdale area, John and Katie Boguslaw are a husband-wife real estate sales team who understand that selling or purchasing a home is anything but just a "transaction". John, having grown up in the North Penn School District, has extensive local market knowledge and expert problem solving skills. Having purchased his first home at 21, he is passionate about helping others attain home ownership and build wealth through real estate in a caring, compassionate manner. Katie is equally as passionate about serving others. Her social service background and eye for detail ensure they provide the best possible experience for those they serve, while keeping them informed throughout the process. In their spare time, they enjoy making memories with their son, taking advantage of local activities and nature trails (if you are looking for something fun to do - ask them for recommendations!), traveling to national parks, and playing classical piano.
