I'm Jason Reynolds, a REALTOR® with The Coastal Carolina Group at Innovate Real Estate, proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Conway, Little River, Murrells Inlet, Surfside Beach, Pawleys Island, and the surrounding Grand Strand communities.
My journey has been anything but ordinary. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, building a strong foundation in business, finance, marketing, and customer service that continues to guide the way I serve my clients today.
After college, I proudly served six years in the United States Air Force, where I learned the importance of integrity, discipline, and putting others first. Following my military service, I worked in both the coal mining and tobacco industries, careers that reinforced the value of hard work, perseverance, and earning people's trust through action rather than words.
In 2024, my family and I made the move to the Myrtle Beach area, and we quickly fell in love with everything the Grand Strand has to offer. Today, I enjoy helping others experience that same excitement, whether they're relocating, purchasing their first home, investing in a vacation property, or preparing to sell.
My approach is simple: educate first, pressure never. I believe my clients deserve honest advice, clear communication, and someone who is committed to protecting their best interests from the first conversation through closing day. Real estate isn't about making a quick sale, it's about building lasting relationships and helping people make smart decisions that fit their goals.
