After relocating from New England to the Myrtle Beach area in 1989, I built a life and career along the Carolina coast. Nearly four decades later, I understand firsthand that moving is about much more than finding a house. It is about finding the place that fits the life you want to live. I’m Elayna Cassidy, a REALTOR® with The Ocean Bay Group at Innovate Real Estate, serving buyers and sellers throughout the Grand Strand and coastal North Carolina. Before real estate, I spent 30 years in corporate sales, operations, and client management, including more than two decades with one company. That experience taught me how to manage complex situations, negotiate with purpose, and keep people informed every step of the way. I bring that same discipline, along with a much more personal approach, to real estate. I believe real estate is a relationship built on trust.
