Courtney Patterson Martin

Courtney moved from Texas to the Myrtle Beach area over 15 years ago. She had vacationed to Myrtle Beach yearly growing up, as her parents had a second home here. She then obtained her real estate license in 2014. Courtney has a genuine passion for working with and helping others. She previously worked in sales and marketing in the medical field with a local hospice company. Courtney prides herself in placing the utmost care and diligence on providing excellent service while using her skills in research, marketing and negotiation for your best outcome! Courtney is married and has a son so when she’s not assisting clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and their dog, boating, and traveling any chance they get!
