Real estate has been more than a career for me, it has been a 30+ year journey of learning what it truly takes to make good decisions about property. For more than 26 years, I have worked in real estate, beginning in New Construction and expanding my experience across virtually every stage of property ownership. I have bought, owned, remodeled, flipped, and rented properties for more than 30 years, giving me the perspective of not only a REALTOR®, but also an owner and investor. Along the way, I have worked with first-time homebuyers, sellers, investors, landowners, veterans, second-home buyers, 55+ buyers and sellers, families relocating to the Grand Strand, and seniors navigating the process of downsizing. I have experience with manufactured homes from construction through setup, probate transactions, and Short-Term Rentals, including personally owning STR and LTR properties and helping investors improve their properties through design, space planning, and property optimization. But the most important thing all of those experiences have taught me is this: Clients don't just need someone to open a door or write a contract. They need someone who will help them understand the decision they are making. That's why my business partner, Lisa Skinner, and I created the Property Advantage Team. We wanted to build something different, a team centered on quality, experience, education, and a commitment to our clients. We believe that the more a client understands before making a real estate decision, the better positioned they are to make the right decision for themselves. We also believe in knowing what we know, and knowing when to find someone who knows more. We continually educate ourselves, learn from top professionals in specialized fields, and build relationships with trusted experts who can help our clients navigate the many aspects of real estate. If we don't know the answer, we won't stop until we find it.
