Before beginning her real estate career, Cathy built a strong foundation in the construction industry, working as an office manager for a construction company and running her own small business supplying piping materials. After moving to North Carolina, she worked part-time with a national homebuilder, where her interest in real estate truly took shape and led her to become a licensed agent. Cathy's background gives her a unique perspective on both the structural and transactions sides of real estate, allowing her to guide her clients with confidence and care. She is know for her reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to making every transaction as smooth as possible.
