Brianne “Brie” Bender fell in love with being on the coast as soon as she started visiting South Carolina in the early 2000's. As a Midwest girl originally from Indiana, getting used to life at the coast was a bit of a change but she now realizes it’s the best choice she could have made. Brie earned her Associate of Accounting degree from International Business College in 2001, and soon after graduation realized that customer service, business management, and training were her real passions. When the time came to move, the search for a new position that would meet her goals began.

Being a vacation destination, real estate positions in 2006 were prevalent so it was a natural progression for Brie to be hired on as Office Manager for a local real estate office. The experience she gained there as an office manager progressed into her obtaining her real estate license. She then assisted in running the real estate side of the company and opened the rental management division so that they could better assist their clients with their real estate and management needs. Her journey in real estate continued as she became Broker In Charge of another local firm in 2010 where she again ran both the real estate and rental divisions. She grew both sides of the company over the next 3 years and assisted in HOA management operations as well. Her experience in growing businesses over the years has ultimately opened the doors for the opportunities that she has been presented with to help gain her footing in the property management and real estate communities.

In August of 2013 Brie finally took the owners of INNOVATE Real Estate up on their offer to join an up-and-coming real estate and property management firm. With a focus on technology and exceptional client service, Brie has assisted the owners in building from a formidable team of 21 young and young at heart real estate professionals in 2013 to over 285 agents across South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, Tennessee, and Virginia who all have the same vision and focus for the future of the company. While overseeing the real estate division she was also building their property management division. She and her property management team were instrumental in building their property management business to a multi-million dollar company over the span of 10 years which enabled the owners to successfully sell the property management division as they chose to make residential real estate sales and southeast expansion their main focus.

A passion for excellence in business and training is what inspires Brie to continue to take on new challenges. She has been a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers since 2010. She has completed several property management courses and attended their annual conferences to make sure that her businesses were always staying at the forefront of industry practices. She obtained her certification from the Community Association Management Institute in 2012, and is currently pursuing her Institute of Real Estate Management Certified Property Manager designation.

Brie prides herself on her involvement in the community and with the local, state, and National Association of REALTORS. She received the 2015 Realtor Image Award and 2024 Realtor of the Year Award. She is the immediate past President of the Coastal Carolinas Association of Realtors, 2022-2024 Director of the Coastal Carolinas Multiple Listing Service, and 2022-2024 Director on the Board of Directors for the South Carolina Association of Realtors. Brie also founded the first National Association of Realtors Young Professionals Network in the state of South Carolina, spearheaded the Property Management Mastermind for the Coastal Carolinas Association of Realtors, has been a licensed instructor for real estate and property management courses in the state of South Carolina since 2014, and is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors. Her servant leadership has spanned over a decade and has also included Ambassador for the North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce.

Brie is currently the Director of Brokerage Operations for INNOVATE Real Estate. INNOVATE Real Estate has been the number one independent real estate company by volume in Horry and Georgetown counties for the last 10 years and counting. She is a South Carolina Broker in Charge, Florida Broker in Charge and is a licensed active Broker in SC, NC, FL, and GA.
