Brenda Brewster is a respected Principal Broker and East Tennessee real estate leader with over two decades of experience in listing, selling, and managing real estate transactions across Sevier, Knox, Blount, and surrounding counties. A full-time REALTOR® since 2000, Brenda is known for her deep market knowledge, professional standards, and dedication to client success.
Currently serving as the Principal Broker of INNOVATE Real Estate , Brenda brings vision, innovation, and mentorship to her agents, fostering a collaborative culture of integrity and growth. Her brokerage is rooted in a commitment to client-first service, smart marketing, and modern tools, which she promotes through daily agent engagement and consistent brand visibility.

Her passion for RRC’s mission continues as she contributes through national committee appointments, including her service as a National Committee Member and Liaison for both RRC and the Women’s Council of REALTORS® in recent years.
Brenda actively serves the real estate community at the local, state, and national level , applying her extensive experience in professional standards, agent education, and committee work. Her passion for advocacy and service is visible in her commitment to uplifting future leaders and supporting ethical, sustainable practices in real estate.
Outside of real estate, Brenda is passionate about community service, daily inspiration, and strong personal connections.
