Before launching her real estate career, Nikki spent many years working as a paralegal, where she developed a meticulous eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a deep appreciation for helping people navigate important life decisions. Today, she combines that experience with a calm, thoughtful approach to create a real estate experience built on trust, communication, and confidence. Nikki has a special passion for serving seniors and their families through life’s transitions, including downsizing, aging in place, moves to independent or assisted living, nursing care, and probate-related real estate. She understands these moments often involve more than a home, they involve family, emotions, and major life changes, and she strives to provide compassionate guidance every step of the way. Whether assisting first-time homebuyers, growing families, retirees, or those relocating to the Grand Strand, Nikki is known for listening well, simplifying complex situations, and empowering clients to make informed decisions that are right for them. Outside of real estate, Nikki enjoys spending time in nature, practicing yoga, reading, cooking, writing music, and making memories with husband, adult sons, family, and close friends. TWO Lanes.
