Nicole Hughes
INNOVATE Real Estate
Nicole is a transplant to Myrtle Beach who spent many years visiting and getting to know the area like an insider. She understands the complexities of buying and selling real estate and is interested in helping people navigate their way through the search process for a permanent, vacation or investment property all the way through closing. Nicole also understands what it's like to get a home ready to list and market, having been through the process multiple times with great success. After spending 20+ years as a Program Manager in Maryland, leading multi-year contracts and technical teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction, she made the leap in 2022 to follow her passion in real estate. Working with Eddie and Julie Boyd, Myrtle Beach natives with 20+ years of experience, was a pleasure during her journey to South Carolina and led to the decision to join their team. Having learned from first hand experience that the Boyd Team is there for you throughout the entire process, she couldn't be happier to be part of a team that embodies customer service while creating meaningful ties with their clients. Besides all things real estate, Nicole loves spending time with her horse and dogs, meeting new friends in Myrtle Beach, keeping close ties with her long-time friends, and living the beach life. Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and the surrounding areas is a wonderful place to live or invest in and is enjoying continued economic growth as the housing demand rises with people coming to live the Myrtle Beach lifestyle. Whether you already live in Myrtle Beach and are looking to purchase/sell or are interested in moving/investing here, please reach out and schedule an appointment through my calendar link at calendly.com/boydteam-nicole I would love to learn about your home/property needs and help you meet your goals!
