We offer great portions, and a delicious menu, with a great staff in place. Since opening, the primary owner has been more deeply involved in real estate development and fairly absent. We need a restaurant lover to take Hot Tomatoes to the next level and break the 1M a year mark which would make this business very profitable. We currently run about 75-100 sandwiches every morning Mon-Fri for corporate catering as well. We operate on Toast, and work with several catering companies. We have low rent and overhead, an amazing landlord, 3 years left on the existing lease and an optional 5 or 7 year extension.
