Proposed driveway to potential ridge homesite is located on left, approx 0.5 mi up Whispering Wind Rd to dug out dirt steps. End of tract is located at elec lines near last rustic cabin. The red farm gate at end of Whispering Wind Rd splits Lot 38 of The Preserve at Jonathan Creek, with part of Lot 38 being located off Whispering Wind Rd pasr gate and part located off Rons Ridge. Whispering Wind Road is mostly single lane gravel road with curves not condusive for med-large RV/travel trailers. Whispering Wind Rd was found in good shape, but all wheel or 4 wheel drive recommended. Well and septic needed. No recorded road maintenance agm found. Listing agent related to Seller.
