About this home

Are you seeking peace and quiet in the beautiful northeast kingdom of Vermont? This camp provides the tranquility you have been looking for. Situated on 12 +/- acres with mountain views and bordered by a small brook, this is what getting away from it all truly means. This camp was lovingly built by the current owners using timbers from the land. There is an open concept kitchen, living room, and dining area on the first floor, along with a full bathroom. Follow one of two stairways to the second floor where you will find the three bedrooms. Keep cozy by the woodstove, and enjoy the mountain views right from the living room. The views can also be expanded with more clearing. Centrally located between Norton Pond, Island Pond, Little and Big Averill Lakes, and Wallace Pond, you have your choice of where you can go for fishing, boating, and swimming. The camp has underground electric, a spring for water, septic, a metal roof, and comes fully furnished. Make this your home base for hunting, snowmobiling, hiking, and simply enjoying your privacy and time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life!
