In 2022, Cape Fear Engineering reviewed the NCDEQ files that are available and in the past met with the Brunswick County Engineering Department. The offered properties have water mains, fire hydrant and service lines in place and owned by Brunswick County and gravity sewer manholes and main lines along with service lateral lines extended to all of the building pads. Brunswick Co's GIS shows the water and sewer are currently included in their inventory for active Brunswick Co water and sewer.
