Since beginning her real estate career in 2005, Kim Loizzi has helped hundreds of families make confident real estate decisions through every stage of life. From first-time homebuyers purchasing their very first home to growing families needing more space, empty nesters ready to downsize, retirees pursuing a warmer climate, and homeowners relocating across state lines, Kim understands that every move comes with its own goals, emotions, and opportunities.
With more than 20 years of experience in New Jersey real estate and licenses in both New Jersey and South Carolina, Kim offers a unique perspective for clients buying, selling, and relocating between the two states. As a wife, mother of three, and longtime REALTOR®, Kim understands that every move represents a new chapter. She raised her family in Sussex County, New Jersey, before making her own relocation to South Carolina, giving her a personal understanding of the excitement, uncertainty, and planning that come with starting over in a new place.
Service has always been at the heart of Kim's family. Her husband proudly served as a police officer for 25 years, and her daughter currently serves as a police officer with the Myrtle Beach Police Department. Their dedication to protecting and serving others has reinforced the values that guide Kim's own business, integrity, commitment, compassion, and putting people first.
Giving back to the community is equally important to Kim. A portion of every closing is donated to a local animal shelter, helping homeless pets find loving homes. It's one small way she can thank the communities that have supported her throughout her career while making a positive impact beyond the closing table.
When she's not working with clients, you'll find Kim traveling with her husband, discovering local wineries, spending time with their two Yorkshire Terriers, or creating new educational resources to help buyers and sellers make smarter real estate decisions.
