INNOVATE Real Estate
Before I became a REALTOR®, I spent a lifetime enduring Michigan's brutal winters. In 2016, my wife, daughter, and I made the decision to trade snow for sunshine and relocate to the beautiful Grand Strand. It was, without question, one of the best decisions we've ever made. Living and working along the South Carolina coast is truly a dream come true, and I can honestly say that life is simply better at the beach.
Before beginning my real estate career, I spent many years as an automotive design engineer. That experience taught me the importance of organization, precision, problem solving, and attention to detail. Skills that have proven invaluable in every real estate transaction. Buying or selling a home involves countless moving parts behind the scenes, and I take pride in making the process as smooth and stress free as possible for my clients.
Because I didn't come from a traditional sales background, I've built my business on relationships rather than pressure. My philosophy is simple: put my clients' needs first, communicate honestly, and provide exceptional service from start to finish. Whether you're a first time homebuyer, relocating to the area, searching for a luxury waterfront property, purchasing an investment property, or selling your current home, my goal is to help you make confident, informed decisions every step of the way.
If you've been dreaming about making the move to the Myrtle Beach area, I'd love the opportunity to help you experience the same life changing transition my family did. Stop living for your next beach vacation and make the beach your everyday lifestyle. When you're ready to buy, sell, invest, or relocate, give me a call. Together, we'll make your coastal dream a reality.
