Annie Williams was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Even as a child, Annie had a natural ability to connect with and understand other people's needs. She cultivated her passion for developing a sense of community with her peers during her education at the University of South Carolina, graduating with a BA in Public Relations. Following college, she relocated permanently to South Carolina in 2008, taking a position in sales and advertising.
Annie and her husband Dr. Ryan Williams, a Myrtle Beach native, reside in Murrells Inlet with their two children. In starting a family and building her own home she realized that it's not just a place where you live, but the heart of all things near and dear.
As the essayist and novelist Pico Iyer wrote, “Home…is not just the place where you happen to be born. It’s the place where you become yourself."
This concept has created the core that drives Annie's passion for helping families and individuals find and sell their homes. She's able to satisfy customer goals through her dedication to understanding individuals' needs and translating those goals into deliverable results.
