About Lielei

Originally from California, Lielei Wahlmann moved to Florida in 2021 and knows firsthand what it takes to relocate to the Sunshine State. Today, she helps buyers, sellers, and relocating families navigate the Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, and Sarasota markets with local insight, thoughtful guidance, and a highly personal approach.

Before real estate, Lielei spent years as a project manager, where organization, communication, problem-solving, and keeping complex projects on track were at the heart of her work. She brings those same skills to every real estate transaction, combining data-driven analysis with careful attention to the details that can make a big difference.

Whether helping a family find the right home, preparing a property for market, or guiding a client through a major relocation, Lielei believes real estate should feel less transactional and more like a partnership. Her approach is especially well suited to clients seeking a more boutique experience, including those navigating luxury homes, new construction, and lifestyle transitions.

Fluent in English and Mandarin, with conversational Japanese, Lielei enjoys working with clients from different backgrounds and making the process clear, organized, and smooth from beginning to end.

Outside of real estate, Lielei is passionate about traveling, exploring new places and cultures, and learning about health, wellness, and ways to live better. Above all, she treasures time with her family and their dog. She brings the same curiosity and intentionality to life outside of work as she does to helping her clients make one of life’s biggest moves.
