After years working in real estate along the South Carolina coast, Will Tomb returned to East Tennessee, a place he knows well after spending more than two decades living in the Knoxville area. While Knoxville is home, he remains a licensed real estate agent in South Carolina and enjoys helping families relocate to and from the Grand Strand through his trusted referral network and local expertise.

Before becoming a full-time real estate agent, Will worked in property inspections and mortgage field services. That experience gave him a trained eye for how homes are built, how they age, and the kinds of things buyers and sellers should pay attention to before a deal ever reaches the closing table.

Today, Will works with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Knoxville and the surrounding communities. Whether you're moving across town or planning a relocation between East Tennessee and the South Carolina coast, Will believes the process should be straightforward, informed, and as stress-free as possible. His approach is simple: honest advice, clear communication, and helping clients make smart decisions in a fast-moving market.
