About Tabatha
Local Knowledge. Honest Guidance. Real Estate With No Pressure. 🏡
As a Stafford County native who now calls Spotsylvania home, I have a deep connection to the area and an abundance of local knowledge that I’m proud to share with my clients. After nearly five years as a Virginia Realtor, I’ve had the privilege of helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives, and I still genuinely love what I do.
To me, real estate has never been about simply making a sale. It’s about helping people find the right place for the next chapter of their lives or helping a seller confidently move on to their next one. I want my clients to feel comfortable asking me anything, knowing they’ll receive an honest answer, even if that answer means waiting, walking away, or deciding now isn’t the right time to make a move.
I will never pressure you into buying or selling a home. My job is to educate you, explain your options, protect your interests, negotiate on your behalf, and give you the information you need to make the decision that’s best for you.
Over the past five years, I’ve gained hands-on experience with buyers, sellers, new construction, inspections, appraisals, negotiations, contracts, and the unexpected situations that can happen along the way. I believe communication matters, details matter, and having an agent who stays involved from the first conversation through closing, and beyond, matters.
Before real estate, my background included working in the homeowners and auto insurance industry, including underwriting fraud, where attention to detail and protecting clients were essential. My extensive customer-service experience has carried directly into my real estate career and helped shape the way I run my business today.
Growing up in Virginia, I’ve always loved experiencing all four seasons. In a way, they remind me of the different seasons of life, and sometimes a new season means a new home.
Whether you're buying, selling, building new construction, relocating to Virginia, moving out of state, or simply wondering what your next step should be, I’d love the opportunity to be your Realtor and earn your trust.
You don't have to be ready to buy or sell to call me. Questions big or small, I'm always happy to help you, your friends, and your family with your real estate needs.
No pressure. Honest answers. Local experience. A Realtor who truly cares about what’s best for you.
