About Sherri

Sherri Goode, REALTOR®

Innovate Real Estate

Sherri Goode knows what it means to start over in a new place because she's done it herself. Born and raised in Ohio, Sherri moved to South Carolina in 1998 and has called it home ever since. When her husband Greg's career with Sonoco Products took the family to Richmond, Virginia, she discovered her passion for real estate and jumped in. After several years of helping buyers and sellers in the Richmond market, Sherri and her family returned to Hartsville, South Carolina, where she moved her license and has been serving clients across the region since 2014.

Today Sherri works with Innovate Real Estate, helping clients throughout the Pee Dee region including Hartsville, Darlington, and Florence as well as Horry County, from Myrtle Beach to Georgetown. She specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, luxury home seekers, families upsizing or downsizing, and out-of-state buyers relocating to South Carolina. Her own experience moving from the Midwest gives her a firsthand understanding of the questions, the nerves, and the excitement that come with making a big move south.

When Sherri isn't helping clients find their next home, she's spending time with her husband, her grown children, and a grandbaby she adores. She also shares her home with five dogs and two cats so it's safe to say she has a heart for animals. She's an active supporter of her local humane society and is passionate about giving back to the community she loves.

Whether you're searching for a starter home, a coastal retreat, or your forever place to land, Sherri's goal is simple to help you find your Goode Living.
