About Joan

As a Florida REALTOR® with over six years of real estate experience, including working with a high-end, semi-custom home builder during the most challenging years of the COVID era. Navigating supply-chain disruptions, material shortages, and shifting timelines provided me with a strong foundation in new construction, contract strategy, and problem-solving under pressure. Originally from New England, I relocated to Florida over 32 years ago and bring a true relocation perspective to my work. I understand the complexities of major moves and guide buyers and sellers in making confident, well-informed decisions aligned with their lifestyle goals. Prior to real estate, I spent 18 years in the medical oncology field, where precision, advocacy, and compassion were essential, shaping my detail-oriented, client-focused approach. Now focused on general real estate, I work with both buyers and sellers, from first homes to forever homes, with particular expertise in new construction. I am committed to providing personalized guidance and a smooth, informed, and stress-free experience throughout the process.
