Noah Cooper Livingston

About Noah

My name is Noah Cooper Livingston, but I go by Cooper. I am 21 years old and I was born and raised in the Horry County area. I went to the University of South Carolina for a year before returning to get my Associate's Degree at Horry Georgetown Technical College. I am an avid surfer, so I am very familiar with the coastal side of the county. I am very excited to get started at INNOVATE Real Estate!
