About Anita

We fell in love with the Grand Strand when we bought our first Cherry Grove condo in 2001 and made North Myrtle Beach our full-time home seven years ago. As a longtime real estate investor, I combine firsthand local knowledge with a passion for helping others discover the lifestyle that's right for them. As your REALTOR®, my approach is simple: understand the community first, then find the home that fits. Whether you're relocating, buying, selling, or investing, I'm here to provide honest insight, thoughtful guidance, and the local perspective to help you make confident decisions every step of the way.
